Hmm, the FEN string gives that castling Queenside is still possible? I'm not entirely sure, but the 'Qk' part says that White can castle Queenside and Black can castle Kingside, if I'm correct.

I thought I had found the solution, but now I noticed this - I wonder is it even possible to reach this position without moving neither the King nor the a1 Rook!? The answer is no; the h1 Rook could never get to h6.

WinBoard has a bug in it.

I played out 1.f3 d6 2.Kf2 Bd7 3.Ke1 and copied the FEN. It showed that White still had full castling rights.
