white: Ruy lopez, Queens gambit kings gambit black: Caro-kann, ruy lopez
White: Favorite would be Kings Gambit but not everyone accepts. Other would be Blackmar-Deimer. Black: If it is E4 then Alekhine Nf6, occasionaly the Sicilian. If D4/C4/Nf3 then the Leningrad Dutch.
