You are right Knightstalker, your line looks good.
I think even better is 13.Qxf6 instead off 13.Bxf6 with hits on h8 and e5 both with check.
Where does the h8 Rook go. To the miserable square h7 to hold the h6 pawn?
In the 13.Bxf6 line Black can actually castle. Here of course Blck gets mated with Bxh6.
Possibly both moves are OK. Either way Black is looking pretty dodgy.

No one has mentioned this yet, so i will dive in. Playing ..c6 here is probably the best move in my opinion. Black would love to play ..Bg7 or ..Nd7 here, but there is the unpleasant problem that white can play e5 and try and win the pawn on b7.
..c6 is a very flexible move as it gives blacks Queen a route out onto the Queenside and it also defuses whites e5 idea. It also prevents whites Knight from ever coming to d5, which removes all of the problems we have seen in earlier analysis.
It is also strategically sound. Black has just given up his white bishop, placing pawns on white squares is logical as black will need to try and restrict whites white square control... 🙂
All in all, black is doing just fine. All the pieces have squares to move to and it is hard for white to really disrupt blacks development..
(EDIT: White might be tempted to play e5 anyway here, but after ..dxe5 dxe5 ..Nd5 Nxd5 ..Qxd5 we are just exchanging into a totally level position which, as black we are just fine with...)
I would think 4 Bg4 is too early. It's better (or at least more consistent) to complete the planned kingside fianchetto and get castled (watching out for e5 tricks from White), surely, rather then committing to exchanging the other bishop. I confess I don't play this on either side (play with f3 if I end up on the White side of the Pirc) though.
The index game was well played after the opening, though. ... a5! and the subsequent exploitation of the weak queenside was nice, as was ... Qf4 forcing the exchange of Queens, opening up some dark squares and freeing e5 for the knight.
