are you so sure about that ? I heared that cheaters(engine users) reach about 2200 on this site...and usually engines are better than GMs these days...

they can beat GMs over the board when they are on powerful computers as i understand it, home PCs cannot play as well as the ones who face GMs, and also it is unlikely cheaters will have the patience to let the machine run as long as needed to always find its best move, so the standard will be much lower as a result.

what is his rating ?
where the game was played ? time control ?
After he played it like a brave man how that he got scared and offer draw in that nice position ?

but if it was played on RHP how can you go wrong when you were still in book ?

Databases are allowed, yes.
But the use of databases is not guaranteeing you from going wrong in the opening! Databases have to be used critically.
