I have looked everywhere and still don't have any information on this live broadcasting issue. I know playchess is going to do it, but it's not free.

so I'm asking, is there any free web site which will provide broadcast?

Get the free client http://www.fritzserver.org/PlayChessSetup.exe and watch the games. Best things in life are for free!
