You have won it now so comments don't matter but it was won for a considerable time and you missed many simple opportunities, eg 54. Ke7 gobbles up the pawns for a simple win.

59. bXa e.p also wins instantly as the a pawn queens in 2 moves.

With the B you can always lose a move and drive the opponents King back before eventually picking up the pawns.

I didn't even bother to look back that far. Just looking for ways to win once the ending was reached but must be loads of earlier opportunities.

I went through the whole game, and this move in particular was the first move that would turn the game from even to win.

I think it was lost once black played Qf6.

After that move white has so many ways to develop with tempo that something must give and the loss of the black queen seems inevitable. Your suggested move was, of course, certainly good enough to achieve this.
