Sometimes someone on chessgames.com will create a collection of all the games in a book so that people can go through them easily, but I couldn't find this particular one.
I suppose you could just create PGNs of the games yourself, using WinBoard or something similar. Some of the games might be on chessgames.com, so it would be worth searching for them they're first.

It has all the answers. Chessmaster 11 is the newest one I think. I have Chessmaster 10 though, but it's still a great program. Just don't use it to cheat
