I think for White instead of 16 Qg2, white should play either f6 or g6, I haven't decided which is best. I am leaning towards f6

I think that on move 20 white should have played 20. Qd5+ and after 20... Qxd5 21 Nxd5 white is able to breathe.
This is was just a quick glance and I'm no analysis expert.

All i think that the white formation of pieces by about move 10 should be only played againts the dragon.

I've used that formation against none dragon lines. it actually works well sometimes.

I believe that is the english attack and it has been highly successful (and en vogue) at the GM level lately.

Re8 should have been played instead of f6

My mistakes were never playing my king to b1 moving my queen to g2 it is much better on d2, f2 or h2 because on g2 it is in danger of tactics along the long diagonal. Finally, my losing mistake was tactical, I missed an in-between move.

Yes, that was my last mistake I saw the knight move and the variations except for the in-between move.

You should have played f6 instead of moving your queen imo. It opens up the king side and your attack arrives with a thud

thats why the first square I mentioned is d2.

Edit-- I also think that when I played Qg2 I was seeing ghosts(threats that weren't really there)
