Maybe some of the 2000+ players have drawn or won, if one has, then maybe they could post a pgn of the game and other players could try the game against fritz to see if they can replicate the results, if they can't, then you might wonder if the player who beat Frtiz actually beat Fritz.
im almost 100 percent positive there are dozens of players who can draw or even beat engines like fritz assuming the time controls for fritz are somewhat small.
replicating moves doesnt prove anything. the reason is there are different versions of fritz, there are different computers, databases, and so on. fritz 9 on a duel pc might make move a and fritz 7 on a p4 3.0ghz might make another move.

What's your point?

Well, that said, there must be other users who do as well. For instance, Duchess64 seemed to have been drawing a much higher rated engine user. While she has a pretty impressive rating, there are many here who do have a higher rating than her. Surely some of them can manage wins against the machine. In fact, Duchess64 herself admitted to winning endgames against machines from time to time because of the horizon effect.
Originally posted by Dragon FireI agree that final position of Game 4821844 definitely is not drawish - seems to be better for black.

Only one way to settle this.............FIGHT!
White can draw supporters v A Black is better team.
you play each other from the set position
You can post the results of the games here.
I'm sure we would all be thrilled to find out.
My opinion?
Black is over-exteneded so I'm starting a White is winning team.
This guy seems to know how to draw fritz11:

Personally I've drawn fritz8 twice in a total of +-50 games.Looked for the games but apparently I don't have them anymore so I can't prove it.I do remember in both games the thing drew by repeating the position while I had no clue why!In one,a GPA,I thought I had a good attack but was forced to take the repetition or retreat a piece thereby losing the attack.Guess it really was strong. In the other I thought I was losing LOL And I'm convinced if it had played on I would've lost both.
Nasty things them engines ðŸ˜
I beat Fritz 9 often from set positions, but more often choose to beat up Hiarcs 10 or 12--these beat Fritz regularly in engine tournaments,--but I've blown many won positions, too.
My best result against an engine came when I used the "Practice an Opening" feature and drew Hiarcs 12 when it was forced to play the Dutch.

Got inspired, had another try at beating fritz8,failed once more.Didn't do too bad though(read: I more or less survived the opening stage).
Played at 45 45 time control, rated game at full strength,I played white.Had 38 mins left when I resigned. That's one of the problems I have playing engines,I always play blitz style even though I don't want to.No idea what's up with that 😞
