There doesn't appear to be a general problem claiming timeouts, so possible browser issues.

Do you guys see the "dialog" asking you to confirm the timeout?

If so, and you claim, does the page just refresh without the timeout having taken place?

After confirming timeout the page refreshed without timeout taking place. Repeated process, same result.
