I am extremely colorblind, when taking my military physical, if I had missed one more test board, I would not have even been allowed to join. My current job requires electrical control work. The wires are generally color coded, when I see a red, green , and brown wire, I use different tricks to distinguish them, like one shade may be "darker" than the others, or I will twist two together, and check them with an ohm meter.
