Its chamions day at ascot racecourse I will be virtually attending PS ther will be plenty of manure there if you fancy the trip.

Brisk walk that elevates the heart rate is probably the best cardiovascular exercise there is. Watching footy elevates the heart rate but somehow doesn't count. Life is hard.

I have a Knackered left knee so I find walking a problem But !/2 an hour on my static bike is ok.... I get a buzz of the Gee Gees , Footie only if the Boro is playing.

Had outdoor plans for today but as it’s raining and I might melt it’s running errands and a trip to the legion this afternoon for a couple of wobbly pops and banter with friends. Tomorrow, as the rain is scheduled to stop tonight, it’ll be a visit to “Our Lady of the Par Fives and 19th Hole”

I am smoking weed and maintaining the enthusiasm to win at poker.
