Cornbread from a bakery. I prefer the home baked from a mix or scratch, but we were pressed for time. I finished it off with some coffee for lunch. 😕

strawberries and cantaloupe on cottage cheese for my midafternoon snack (Trader Joe's - best one I've found)

5 am in the morning, just now. Two slices of toast - one with marmalade, the other with Marmite, both with imported French butter. And a Cavendish banana. Washed down with a large mug of coffee made with two sachets of ready mix instant powder (coffee, creamer, sugar: "Nescafe Pas"😉.

The end of a box of some kind of granola cereal mixed with generic Cheerios. Breakfast for supper.

I am about to break open a bag of Doritos chips.

Double bacon cheeseburger, corndog, sour cream and onion chips and diet Pepsi. 😛
