What kinds of manoeuvres would you most aspire to if you developed an active interest in Precision Walking as a result of reading this OP?

My first manoeuvre would be aspiring to enquire, to you, about a definition on Precision Walking.
Is it a term or precisely stepping or precisely aiming or something else entirely?

Edit: well, my second manoeuvre was to ask Google, who told me its a Japanese art form.
    Looks majestic.

I always thought that it should have been "truckin' rights" but that Reagan had reduced them to just the one "right". But ~ it came out in 1978 ~ so it would have had to have been Carter, so that doesn't sound right. But then I remembered it was actually set in Jamaica. So at that point I gave up thinking about it.
