I was one of those folks who never started smoking. And the reason, at least for me, was a demo in HS biology class where the teacher brought in a freshly killed bovine lung, one lung for the cow is about the size of both lungs of humans, so he had this pump affair and fastened the lung to it and had a single cigarette ready to burn, turned on the pump sucking air through the cigarette into the lung and lit the cigarette, which smoke down in about 2 minutes.
The formerly pink lung then turned black and had black stuff dripping out of the bottom.
I was going ICK. That was enough to keep me off cigarettes completely and never smoked one EVER.
But congratulations for every one of you who quit for good!
