    You could also go through your church to see if they have a list of needy families to help. If your excess can go to a child who wouldn't have had dinner without your help, so much the better.

    Have these suggestions made a difference in the situation described during the past seven weeks
    or are your 'cleaning lady and handyman' still making a weekly haul? How is mr. ale's appetite?
