Yesterday the landlord offered to pay first and last month's rent in our new place if we leave.
That is the first step to Canadian law where a landlord can kick you out.
They have to have a reason...like...our son needs to live there blah blah blah.
That is just a smoke screen.
They really want us out so the son can renovate and then bring in new tenants who pay more.
So what is my point?
Well you see my girlfriend has a 22 year old virgin son who does nothing but play video games.
Up all night...sleeps all day.
That is all he does.
So this move by the landlord will guarantee a change.
I already told the misses I won't move and pay more so your son can keep living like a gamer bum.
Funny our little world eh?
