A1. The water at the bottom of the ocean is so pressurised (remember Titan 💀) that it is compressed denser than the rock below it and so it cannot penetrate.
A2. It does; but God put a plastic membrane between the crust and the mantle to prevent seepage.

Water is an incompressible fluid, so cannot be A1. I'm going with Godidit; only way to make sense of Noah's Flood, too: God cut a gash in the membrane on the ocean floor to let the water below the oceans gush upwards and flood the whole Earth.

If there really was a hole in the ozone layer, the air on earth would have rushed into the vacuum of space. 🤔

The vacuum of space doesn't pull like the movies make it seem.
It's just an empty space, so the actual force would be the air going into the empty space.

Yeah, but climate change is real. And we're really causing it. The lizard people need a hotter temp than we're used to, so they tricked people into heating up the planet to their preferred temp by convincing people that reducing fossil fuel dependence will cause unemployment and dickshrink in cis-males. Then they'll eat us.

I wouldn't go with any of the answers offered. Very basically, air is less dense than water, water less dense than rock, and rock less dense than metal. This is why Earth is structurally differentiated such that there's a metal core, a rocky mantle and crust surrounding the core, with water on top of the crust and air above everything else. Water can seep into the interstices in soil and rock, but the space available it limited.
