This presumes that Sondland IS actually 'changing' his testimony.

Did you know that Sondland was barred by the State Department from using their computers and resources to do research before his testimony? Who do you think barred him from State Department resources? Any guesses?

schiff is wasting Americans time...the senate has said there has not been any evidence presented that can be used. Second hand, third hand, I assume, I think wont cut it in the real world.
