Who is telling the truth? Tucker or Bongino?

"Bongino strongly denied Carlson’s claims. On his own show, he called Carlson a liar and purported to debunk the notion that Trump ordered the investigations closed."

After initially expressing doubts, Trump again backtracked days later, telling reporters that he was briefed — and that he’s keeping what was told to him secret.

“Can you confirm the Butler investigation? Are you getting intelligence briefings?” a reporter asked Trump during a press scrum, to which Trump responded: “I have. I’ll keep that to myself. It’s very personal.”

In May 2025, Bongino and Patel said the case was closed.

Upon hearing Patel’s announcement, this Ken Silva filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the 1,000-plus interview reports the FBI created while investigating the Butler case. However, the FBI denied that request on the grounds that the Butler case was still open — an assertion that directly contradicted what Patel told Fox News.

After that, Bongino and Patel claimed that the case was still open, but inactive. So they lied. Right?

Why is Trump keeping his assassination attempt investigation a secret?

Conspiracy Nuts be thinking 🤔

Trump - "Ya so just send 5 or 6 bullets at my head and make sure one is aimed at my temple and I'll turn my head just in time so it only hits my ear"

Shooter - "Is that when the secret service will shoot me in the face which kills me?"

Trump - "That is correct"

Shooter - "Sounds great! Thanks for the work Mr. president"

It may have been set up by someone or people in the government but if anyone thinks Trump set it up...

...you are retarded.

He didn't turn his head right before he was shot, if he was shot.
That is a false rumor.

"During the interview, Ventura referenced a “blade job” — a wrestling term for intentional bleeding — when discussing the incident. When pressed directly, he replied, “I don’t know. Where’s his scar?”

Who cares about two dumb podcasters who make their money from you listening to their vague conspiracies?

Congress put together a task force to investigate what happened in Butler. You can google it and read the whole thing. They make a lot of references to the parallel FBI investigation that was supposed to be happening. A lot of people they wanted to talk to and find out some answers were unreachable because the FBI investigation superseded theirs. They made 180 references to the FBI data. But the FBI investigative report was never released. The data was never made public.

No one knows the name of the sharpshooter who killed Crooks at 200 meters?

No one knows why all these security lapses happened simultaneously?

No one knows the motivation of Crooks?

No one knows how Trump's ear cartilage healed so quickly?

Well, I doubt no one, but it's weird that the government feels so strongly about keeping these secrets.

Why not?

The relevant committees may also seek to address important questions that the Task Force did not fully examine. Foremost among them are the motivations of Thomas Crooks and Ryan Routh, which remain largely unknown. The American people (and in the case of Crooks, the victims and their families) deserve that information, and the Task Force expects the FBI, ATF, and DOJ to be more forthcoming in that regard going forward.
