I have all that and cheap fuel as well as my own house (buying not renting). I had all that bringing home less than 2k a month. They don't pay teachers well in Oklahoma.
I suppose in Europe that might sound like a lot after taxes.
Btw, I can use public transportation but I have my own vehicles as well. This is true for most people who live in this state.
