Not as effective as GOP candidate XYZ's most recently tucked-away attack ad in-the-works:

http://www.cnn.com/2011/US/04/04/guantanamo.tribunals/index.html

I feel like this completely overshadows any reelection announcement he could have made.

Stronger regulation on donations for presidential campaigns would help a lot. Reducing the amount of TV/internet ads can only be beneficial to political debate.

Brilliant ad; Sure there's some BS in it (like every other campaign ad), but it dovetails beautifully with the idea that 2008 Obama campaign was all fluff and little substance. If GOP writers perform at that level for the next 18 months, it's going to be an unpleasant campaign for the President (though, of course, it may do little to alter the outcome).

...and the stifling of freedom of expression.

So no surprises such a suggestion comes from the boards worst "I know better than you how to run your life, Aristotle was wrong in the same number of ways as legs on a millipede" control freak.

Clearly you have very little understanding about what freedom of expression means, as with all other freedoms. Not surprising perhaps since your utopia is a violence and exploitation-ridden one.

Clearly your calls for the limiting of freedom of expression, means, (umm not sure how to spell this out any more clearly for you) the limiting of freedom of expression.

Or perhaps it's not a call to limit freedom of expression, but a call to limit bribery of politicians.

Ok I'll bite on the other two misconceptions as well, common enough mistakes made by those who know nothing about libetraianism but have plenty to say about it.

Every human has a right to live their life free from force, threats of force and fraud (the proviso is that you have those rights as long as you respect the same rights in your fellow man) is the opposite of 'violence ridden'.

Exploitation: I love it that my employer exploits me and I exploit his need for an employee.

There is no utopia, there will always be those that will not respect a persons right to live their life free. You, yourself are an example of one of those people.

"When buying and selling are controlled by politicians the first to be bought and sold are the politicians"

P J O'Rourke

It's just a symptom of the sickness of which you are an advocate KN, you don't cure that sickness by swallowing more bad medicine. Don't let the pollies have anything to sell, take away their power to grant favours.

Ah, now we are going into anarchist mode again. If politicians have power then by definition they can "grant favours". So if politicians cannot "grant favours" you are once again arguing for anarchism and contradicting yourself for the zillionth time.

And you are expressing your ignorance of what libetarianism is for the zillionth time, even though at the same time you like to make out your superior knowledge of Libertarianism and almost everthing else including the philosophy of Aristotle.

It is one of the most basic baby step mis-conceptions along with 'utopians', 'freedom from force means violence ridden', 'exploitation is always bad'.

A libertarian society will have politicians with power, which makes them susceptible to bribes.
