What does that even mean? What has the jury not being sequestered have to do with what evidence the prosecutor submitted?

Not in US law which requires not only a guilty act but a guilty mind as I already explained.

Not sure how much more guilty a mind is required to chase down a child to strangle them. I guess one of the states wants to send a government employee to check on newborns now, so Big Brother will be looking really closely; that should do the trick.
