so was roe v wade

lots of final decisions from a group of political appointments with no accountability. And when the balance shifts the other way. their decisions will be final.

You really mean you approve of the religious ultrarights taking over now SCOTUS and if they get their wish, ALL democracy in the US, they are planning that one as we speak, with states controlled by repubs passing laws allowing them to remove real electors and just installing ones that will obey the party line no matter HOW many folks vote otherwise, making us just like Putin's Russia.
