You are sad. From the founding, whatever two parties existed, sought what advantage they could in State law. Gerrymandering is common no matter who controls a State legislature, so your headline is inane accusing the GOP of what Democrats practice equally.

The GOP path to winning is simple. Nominate a conservative candidate.

Regardless of the party, do you agree with the idea of dividing the electoral votes based on who won individual house seats?

Frankly, I don't care what party has endorsed this plan. It's a stupid one that is transparently there to garner more electoral votes.

Just because you can claim both parties do it doesn't make it somehow right.

No, I prefer the original winner takes all electoral vote standard.

I am surprised that it is Republicans pushing the split vote agenda now. In the past it has been the Democrats who sought proportional electoral voting.
