For those against the death penalty

The Parkland shooter is facing the death penalty. Is there any reason why premeditated murder of children should not get the death penalty?

Life in prison is a luxury only the wealthy nations can afford. On average it costs about $ 25 to 30 K US per year, and as much as $70K in some cases, to keep such a person in prison. If your country is rich and think that is money well spent then that is your choice. Go for it. I live in a poor country where $30,000 US a year is about 5 times the average salary of a lower middle class person. I say execute them .. all pedophiles, murderers, armed robbers, drug pushers, Stop wasting taxpayers money keeping those cockroaches alive and well in prison, when decent law abiding persons are suffering.

I do question the number of 'innocent' people that are executed.

Speaking of shooting, did you hear Alex Baldwin just killed his director and injured his photographer with a supposedly safe gun, supposed to be a stage prop but was a loaded weapon.

It wasn't like he was in a scene where he is shooting the bad guys, he shot the DIRECTOR which tells me he was screwing around,

I would say that obviously it doesn't cost the same to imprison someone across different countries but that's obvious to anyone who is not a complete moron.
