So Canada tries to one up that by saying an intoxicated person can plead not guilty by intoxication...and win.

Unreal. The protests...hopefully are huge and violent against the courts.

95 percent of those defenses will be assaults against women.
The remaining 5 percent will be drunk driving and fights resulting in death.

The truckers got some results so now we need to stand up for women and end this new law.

This ruling allows drunkenness to be a get-out-of-jail-free card. Stupid decision.

I have always said, if you are going to commit murder or any serious crime, get on drugs 1st. That has often been a get out of jail free card.

I've been sensing for some time now that there is a strong move to the right going on, and this new ruling may be yet another evidence of same. If the women's groups do not have the punch to overturn this law, consider leftism to be in trouble, big trouble.
