Consenting adults and your obligation to mind your own damn business. In the same way history pours derision on the puritans that would like to know and control what happens between two consenting adults in their bedroom, the same fate waits you, your busybody ways, your control freak fantasies and your whole man hating philosophy.

So your maximum hour thing applies to 'non-producing' and 'abuse'. That would mean employers that do produce and don't abuse should be free to enter into non-coercive voluntary agreements without the constraints of your dream feelings. Good show.
