Simpsons are much better. I can think of dozens of classic Simpsons episodes. Family Guy is funny sometime's, but there are plenty of episodes that miss entirely. Plus, when they get hardup for material, they just spoof movies. Southpark versus the simpsons is a better matchup, in my opinion.
