If you get time, guys, a basic guide to how tournaments work would
be good (unles I just can't find it?).
Anyway, my question is this: in the upcoming New Year tournament,
currently group size 5, does this mean that I will immediately acquire
4 new games, 8 new games, or is there some other way of working
this out?
Also, in such a long tournament, how should withdrawals be handled -
does a player wishing to withdraw just have to resign all games?

Thanks as usual for the good work,
Moray
I know that you have will two games with each player in your group.
but thats all that I know for sure(I have never been in a tournament
before, but I have looked at there progress)....so in a group size of 5
you will have 8 games.

Adam, Per the tournament page "Group size may vary depending on
number of entrants" So the group could become larger it many more

I know....if I am counting right in a group size of
5 there will be 8 games
group size 6 = 10 games
size 7 = 12
8 = 14
9 = 16
10 = 18
