You don't seem convinced.
Because the texans are 3-0 with an easy schedule while, if the Hawks go 1-2 they'll have a tough uphill battle all year long with one of the toughest schedules in the league.

They have to play the Cards again SF twice, they have played the Cowboys, will play GB tonight. Then they have the Pats, Jets, Bears, Bills and Lions... the only "Easy" games are against the Rams, Dolphins, and Vikings who just beat the 49ers.

Houston plays NY Jets, Green Bay, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota and New England.

You call that a soft schedule?
BWAHAHAHA the Hawks play all those but are in a division that has the best 4th team in the NFL in the Rams.

Remind me... who else is in the Texans division?

Oh yeah! The Colts, Jags and Titans.... thats 6 wins for the texans right there.

You listed the Lions as tough, and I agree. Yet the titans beat them yesterday and we play them twice.

You don't play the Ravens and they are better than the Pats. IMO, the Ravens are the
team that Houston needs to beat to get to the Super Bowl.

The Ravens are even with the Pats at best barely squeaking out a win at home. The Ravens Defense is nowhere near the Hawks defense this year... I'll be surprised if nobody on the Raven's Defense has a heart attack this year hahaha.

Edit: And the replay that titans lions game 99 more times and the lions will win 90 of them.... just an upset, it happens. The Titans are still 1-2.

We'll see. The Texans have the best defense in the league.
And, if you remember, we let Mario Williams go for nothing and traded away DeMeco Ryans..

JJ Watt is a terror right now. That is because the opposition can't hold Connor Barwin,
and Brian Cushing, and Brooks Reed, and Antonio Smith all out when they come.

The secondary is pretty solid as well.

Plus our coach is better than Pete Carroll.

Wow Gary Kubiak is a better coach Than Pete Carrol? What are his accomplishments? His qualifications? He sucked his first two years and finally had a playoff birth last year because the rest of the division fell off... This is Carrols third year after inheriting a crappy squad and the improvements he has made are readily noticeable and should show up this year.... and then you have Those National championships under his belt. Yeah, Carrol knows how to guide his team through headlines and pressure. Kubiak still has yet to prove himself.

And the best defense? Laughable! They have posted = stats on defense to the seahawks overall and have played inferior teams. The hawks have played a 2-1 (3-0 if the hawks didn't win) team and a 3-0 team (2-1 if the hawks had won)

Carroll has won squat. I saw him lay an egg at USC against Texas on his home field.
Then he hauled ass again.
What did he do for the Jets?

College coaches aren't always very good in the pro game. Ask Nick Saban.
Ask Steve Spurrier.

Two ap titles and a BCS championship... it don't matter that they were vacated since it had nothing to do with Carrol.

LMAO!!! Carrol was about to get busted for some of his "rule bending" and he got out
of dodge before they came after him.

You really don't know what you are talking about; a QB rating of 50 is terrible not average.

Based on last year's record, the Texans do have a weak schedule - 29th among the 32 teams.http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/56896/2012-nfl-strength-of-schedule

Pending the results of tonight's game, Dallas has given up the least yards and Arizona the least points (both per game).

So you are saying that the average QB, second and third stringers included, would consistently score well above 50?
