That may have been a bad call..it wouldn't be the first time. but, it would not have guaranteed Canada the win.

I thought Canada looked extremely strong in the Gold Cup. Nice to hear that you agree that the competition level was higher than ever.

Personally I think they are still quite far from being a real world class team as they consistently fail to perform on a elite stage and should get trounced in the Copa America (if the South American teams field in their full strength squads).

Any thoughts to the otherwise?
That's because here in the US we couldn't care less about a boring ass game like soccer.

If qualifying and region tourneys are easy for them, that's a different
stuff... concacaf is like that.

I know the Fifa rankings m ...[text shortened]... e something, and
both teams are amongst the best 10 in the planet... if I remember

Mexico beat Brazil. Not bad for a third class team.

I have to agree.. what other game would you have to endure for 3 hours, getting a crick neck, only to have it end up zero to zero.

Well there is a game that can last for 5 days and still end in a draw, but we won't go there (yet again) 😉

We should introduce MULTIBALL for our goal needy american friends.

Did any of ye ever watch a beautiful defensive interception in american rugby? No score results from it, but you can still appreciate the skill in it.

Great win by Mexico.

USA took it's first loss of the year to Argentina. As Moneyman pointed out we didn't play our best players. Bradley has his eye on 2010 and I trust him to do more to get that job done than any other previous US coach. Still, it would have been nice to see what our top guys could do against what might be the best team in the world.

It was great to see Mexico beat Brazil. Particularly after we beat them twice this year.

Argentina looked very good. I've always loved that team too.

I'm on vacation. We have Paraguay tonight. It would be nice to get another win.
