I called to cancel mine due to being depressed with the football situation, I was told that due to them receiving lots of similar phone calls they would offer me 20% off my whole package for 6 months.

Obviously I had to keep the full package though...

they always offer a discount if you phone up to cancel. 20% is quite low actually.
