You will NEVER, EVER win a sinner to Christ with human logic or arguments because God has ordained that people will be saved by the preaching of the cross. ALL we can do is preach Jesus Christ crucified and resurrected and let the Spirit do the work.🙂
You must forgive your brethren for being uneasy about checking their critical thinking skills at the church door.

So use your critical thinking on spiritual matters. What's the harm?
I had Jesus for a good many years. I discovered I didn't need him.

I've always liked this parable. It describes the christian's journey to enlightenment. First, your resolve and independence is tilled away, then some biblical manure is mixed in, and finally, the 'seed of truth' grows. 🙄

Nope, I am right.
Jesus make it clear that rejecting him is a sin.
And so therefore it is a choice of one self to go to heaven or hell.

You could always claim salvation on grounds of insufficient reading comprehension skill, if nothing else.

I'm wondering how much interest does a saved person get and if it in the form of and extra body part.
