Originally posted by Coletti Maybe you're thinking of marriage as a formal ceremony, or a civil contract. But essentially, marriage is a convenient between a man and woman witnessed and authorized by God. The moment God said he would make Adam a "help meet" (Gen 2:18) - they married by default. They were marriage the moment she took her first breath.
Originally posted by kirksey957 I don't remember them getting married, but just out of curiosity, seeing that they were the first man and woman, what other options were there other than being virgins?
And the Lord God said, It is not good that a the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him. GENESIS 2:18
As GOD clearly in Chapter 3 of GENESIS, Adam and Eve were man and wife.
It must have meant that GOD had intended that Man was to have one wife.Sex was for reproduction not for getting all you can get.

So, if I was to go and pick up some chick and buy her a coffee and take her back to my place and we were to get all kissy and stuff, that would be bad?
Yer nuts boy.
You got it all wrong.

Nope, It just to show how far man has fallen from the Will of GOD.

If God really wanted married couples to be happy, he would allow them to sexually experiment prior to getting married. You know, BF, sex is a lot better when the participants are comfortable with their bodies and know what they are doing.

Are you running for God ? Who's on your ticket ?
It seems you think you've got a better, or at least a more popular, program ......
... or are you promoting the art of plastic surgery in connection with promoting a course in
"Sexual Techniques from Caveman to Letterman" ? 😛

I'm a perennial third-party candidate for that position. If elected, my cat Gabriel would be second-in-command. You could learn a lot from that cat, expecially about the unnaturalness of shame regarding your body and your sexuality.
