RJHinds, IF anyone had PROOF that there was a creator of the universe/us/ID then that person
would win the Nobel prize and would be published in prestigious journals.
Nobody has such proof.
ID is not science.
It violates the principles of science, and is simply a reworked version of creationism with a veneer
of scientific sounding language in an attempt to garner some of sciences respectability.
ID is also completely and utterly useless as an explanation.
It doesn't predict ANYTHING, and doesn't explain ANYTHING.
You can't explain a mystery by appealing to a bigger mystery.
And even if all that were not true, it still gets you nowhere in demonstrating the existence of your god.
If it were true that the universe (and life) needed a 'creator' then that doesn't say anything about who that
creator is, what they are like, demonstrate the existence of souls or spirit, or an afterlife.
And just because the universe (or life) doesn't need a creator, then that doesn't mean that souls don't exist,
there is no afterlife, and that your god doesn't exist. (there is no evidence that they do, but you believe on blind
faith anyway)
Evolution by natural selection is one of (if not The) greatest and most robust theories in science.
It has more evidence for it than almost any other theory in science.
It has no evidence against it at all whatsoever.
And it in no way threatens you, your religion, or your god. (unless you make it a fight between your religion and science
between your religion and truth, in which case science and truth will win. So I advise against that)
Most people who accept evolution are, after all, Christians.
Heck, even the Catholics accept evolution. (and they have a history of violently opposing the blindingly obvious)
Your obsession with declaring against all evidence and reason that evolution is false and that ID is true is utterly
without point.
It's irrelevant to the existence of your god.
And more importantly its not true, and anyone with even the most basic understanding of science knows it.
If you have any specific quires about how evolution works, and what evidence/reasoning is behind it and you
take the time/effort to actually type in your thoughts rather than link youtube videos of Christian radio then I
and others will happily explain and discuss those points with you.
But simply restating your false statement that evolution isn't science or true is to simply become a broken record.
