Morality of Christians vs. Non-Christians

There are two situations in which I would consider some Christians hypocrites:
1. The example you gave. If a Christian goes around telling people to stop living their lives of sin and come to Christ etc etc he is essentially claiming to be better than me - when he isn't.
2. When Christians claim that they truly believe that it is right to do certain things and very very wrong to do certain others but their actions show that they are not nearly as concerned about it as they preach.
