Why doesn't the site automatically call a draw when only Kings remain?

Why not just claim draw? Your opponent doesn't even have to agree.

Could do, but do not understand why the site doesn't automatically recognise it as a draw?

Same as if you were playing a person over the board, you would have to call it, right?

Hi
That game with the bare Kings
Game 6953099
has a very strange White 10th move.
Also White's 44th move. 44.Rh8?? (44,cxb7 looks to obvious to miss).
Was it a howler or did that position never happen?

Wow that is sick. Should we send feedback?
Move 44. doesnt look like the best move indeed. But keep in mind we might not see the correct board, it could be bugged just as move 10.

It does appear as if the program thinks White played 1.e4 and not 1.e3.
Russ:
The game playing system has developed a mind of it's own and is capturing
it's own pieces. (again).

It should automatically call the draw for the most obvious three cases.
King versus King
King versus King and Knight
King versus King and Bishop
