The PGN thingy thing is has been fixed.

Black can go first!!!!!!
(example just posted in the Chess Forum - The Old Wazza-Matuzzi.)

All you drips with your silly requests about subs, music forums,
editing features, and rating floors etc.etc.etc....have just been bumped.

Which I guess he wanted to do but it was most likely a crucial
team match and was under strict orders not to do anything silly



Interesting. It's a new game now.

And at the end with the match won and a national team winners medal
in his back pocket and his mates heading for the bar this was worth a shot.



That is very difficult to win and if White is not careful he losses.
I bet the lad forgot all about it and it did not hurt one bit.
White was a 2000+ player and he got a nifty medal.

However the loser of this v a 1273 player must still be having sleepless nights.

I posted the game to show it did work with white going first - though most people must have figured that out by themselves. I first posted Mieses vs Janowski, 1900 which featured white leaving his queen en prise for six moves, but then I figured I could use it as an excuse to post a loss of yours. It's actually quite a nice game though!

Is the game you posted an old loss of mine? After some 1500 or so games on here I cannot remember. If it is, keep in mind I started here when I was still trying to figure out how the knight moved!

I love the white knight's dance across the board!
Edit - found it, using the games explorer: Game 2263282. Everyone point and laugh!

It's a good job nobody can access the blitz games I play on here.

I shoot for the stars and fail 90% of the time - you get to see the wins.

I've actually been asked am I me or is this my 6 year old grandson playing.

Think that is feature we could do with. This is site ideas after all.

The ability to see these blitz games in progress and nick them in a PGN
if we wanted to.

There again....no...forget that one.
