Ouroboros' flags greasemonkey script gives this functionality.

Russ has already said in the thread which Ponderable linked to that he views it as redundant information, and has implemented a different solution.

It may be redundant, but having a tooltip with a number is even more pointless. I don't care much for the tooltip with the name, but having it like it is now seems somewhat amateurish.

Can he show a number, he can also show a country name, just as easy.
