email notification only for chosen games

not the most important issue in the world i know but it would be nice to be able to choose a game/s that you got email notifications for. for example if you didnt want to take a timeout and put the game into a folder in which you never looked but the player came back and moved, it would be nice to get an email saying that he /she has returned and had moved.
