Better still, visit this website:

You can get the games of most chess books in pgn format. Open it in Fritz and just follow the moves. Saves a lot of time.

I prefer using a physical board. I feel you get more out of the game that way.
check out the T-Notes on www.chessbase.com under support. They will help you out a lot with fritz and chessbase products. I learnt lots of neat stuff from that site.

I went to this website, but was unable to download anything, presumably because I don't have winzip. Is that right? Can I get a program for free that will open zipped files? Thanks.

You should be able to download the files, even without an unzipping program. You just won't be able to unzip the files.
But, yes, there are freeware unzipping programs that work well. I use ZipCentral. Get it here - http://zipcentral.iscool.net/
The site Antalk mentioned is good, but it looks like he stopped adding to his list a while back. Another site that has some similar free stuff is - http://www.gambitchess.com/index2.htm
This site is still being added to. The disadvantage of this site is that most of the stuff requires a password to unzip the files, and you need to submit one of your own DB books to get the password. But he still has a decent number of free DB books that don't require the password.

I use UltimateZip, which has a free (trial) version.
