A picture Me having a New Year pint next to a chess player.
Next a picture of a footballers arm (there is a chess connection).

Then an in depth look of the Spencer-Brown Trap with details of how
I first met it. which led to me receiving a letter from Mr. Spencer-Brown.
(a ‘letter’ is how we humans used to keep in touch with other before email.)

    The opening moves of the trap.. 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Nb5 Nb4!?

I analyse a what could have happened variation if the e5 pawn is taken.

Then a study is by F.J. Prokop 1928 (White to play and win.)

Followed by a wonderful RHP example with not only the winning idea being
missed but also a few other missed wins (including a mate in one) along the way.

Never seen ...Nb4 in a game before.

Would think that, since most people know the pitfall of grabbing the e-pawn in the 'more normal' line:

...that they would realize similar tricks exist in other lines.
