silly question

I'd like to enter a tournament, within my rating but when I press enter the screen tells me sorry but I can't enter. But my rating is within the range to play. Am I missing something? Thanks

Are you aware of your "Tournament Entry Rating"?
Its 1244 in case you didn't see it.
