I want to know if you think the sac TheHumanFritz played in this game was sound are not. I think it is sound but that he just messed up after the sac. I think that He got in too much of a hurry to get his material back and just ended up losing it again.

yeah, it was sound, and yeah, your analysis of where he went wrong is correct.
black should recognize that the knight's not going anywhere (until it sacs itself to buy the b6 pawn) and black should pick it up with the rook, not by allowing a pin on the knight. black probably could have drawn, if not won the game.

I was thinking of 24...f5 25.Bf3 e5 where black can safely take the knight because Rd1 is met by ...e4 and the bishop is trapped(...e4 is threatened anyway and white has to take the time to meet this)

I think that 8.Nxd5?! is not the best option - I`m not sure is it sound . Much better is 8.gxf3! and after 8...Qxd4 9.Qxd4 Nxd4 10.Nb5 black is in trouble.

doesn't 11...Rc8 hang the knight on d4? or is there some tactical shot that I am missing here?
