Qe2 Qc5 {Always ready to throw a pawn if it misplaces a Queen.} 11. O-O Qxc2 12. Rab1 Qc5 13. Nc4 {A wee positional trap which would have worked v a weaker player, will he give up a Bishop for a Knight and straighten out my pawns and let me shift that weakling from d3 to c4. All the positional things he has been warned about. Or will he fall for the coming Ba6.} 13... Bxc4 {Damn. Not going to get nothing from this guy.} 14. dxc4 Qd6 15. Rbd1 Qe6 16. Rxd7 {I simply could not resist it.} 16... Qxd7 17. Nxe5 Qe6 18. f4 Bc5+ 19. Kh1 O-O-O 20. Nf3 {Looks like my exchange sac is too slow. I need to get the Queenside pawns rolling this stops him from playing Bd4.} 20... Qg4 21. Bc3 Rhe8 {A sound developer. Good play. I cannot do anything against these guys at C.C.} 22. b4 Bd6 23. Qf2 {Buying a bit of time to unpin my Knight.} 23... Rxe4 {He ignored it. His threats are far more severe than mine.} 24. Qa7 Re2 25. Rg1 Bxf4 {I see what is coming but had already given up this game as a loss. Played on to see if he could find a neat wrap up.} 26. b5 Rd3 {Gosh. Everybody is sniffing about my King. If one of those Rooks was a Knight then I resign.} 27. bxa6 Qxf3 {That will do 0-1. No. Play on, I cannot resign with checks in the position.} 28. axb7+ Kd7 29. Qc5 Qh3 {He is doing his bit by making it as entertaining as possible. I'll go along.} 30. b8=N+ Ke8 31. Qxc6+ Ke7 {Now Bb4+ meets Kd8 and I have no sensible checks. So...} 32. Qc5+ Rd6 {Now Qxc7+ Ke8 and only a silly checks left. So I stopped the mate saying to myself "I bet he never saw that" though he most likely saw it before I did.} 33. Qg5+ Bxg5 34. gxh3 Bf4 {I could have plodded on from here but the fun is over. He can even give back the exchange and stroll home.}
