I actually have a mate in one of the games right now 🙂 I am trying to get in my other moves right now, so I can play it, and hope my opponent doesn't resign before then, or a conditional move kicks in lol.
Plus one of my own conditions was that I didn't want any cooperation from my opponent 🙂
yeah, GP, I knew I wasn't going to mate you for the 25,000th move, so that is the main reason I have been moving slow (not at all) in our games. (Although it is great if you thought it was because I was spending a lot of time doing analysis of the position lol)
I wanted to get as close to as many possible mates in my different games, so if one person resigned, I could focus my energy on a different game!
It worked out well! I looked at my opponents to see who had been mated in the past, so I could focus on those people!
I'd just like to point out that I think it was a terrible idea for Black to use the g-pawn to recapture the bishop. If the king had castled queenside, it would've been alright because then he would've had an open file for his major pieces, but with his king right there, that's definitely too close for my comfort. The rule of thumb is to keep at least 2 (preferably 3) connected pawns in front of the castled king for protection, and recapturing with the g-pawn especially should only be done as a last resort in my opinion. As you can see that's, what led to Black's demise.
If he had recaptured with the Queen, the Knight could've moved to d5 and chase the Queen around a bit, but it's a better alternative than ripping open the kingside.

10. Bxf6! was pretty much the time when black started to lose, but 10 ...gxf6 was forced. You're missing the obvious 10. ... Qxf6?? 11. Rxf6
Though yes, generally you want to keep those pawns near your king connected, here black had no choice but to take with the g-pawn.
My opinion is that Black should have provided better cover on f6 after 9. Bg5 with ...Be7.
