Agreed, the move I see most often is 3. Nc3, normally followed by 4. e4. An early c3 also looks possible as the 'Leningrad' bishop is left biting on granite. Although in fairness to Dutch Defense, people play all sorts of stuff.
In the line Dutch gave, I'm quite skeptical about black's development of the knight onto f6, when I get this I try to get it to f7 via h6, where it hits the bishop and supports e5.
