If you are experiencing issues using the site from today (login box not appearing or general rendering problems, for example ), it might be because you are using a legacy web browser. The following are no longer supported :

- Internet Explorer 10 and 11
- Firefox < 60
- Safari < 10
- iOS Safari < 10
- Chrome < 60
- Android < 6

Please upgrade to one of the following :

Get Firefox

Get Chrome

Get Opera

@Russ
PGN game boards are no longer showing. I am running Firefox 78.10.0. and Safari 10.1.2.

EDIT: login also no longer functions from Safari 10.1.2.

The issue that was reported at Thread 189296 occurs also with Firefox 84.0.2 and Chrome 88.0.4324.96.

Are you quite sure, can you retest? Obviously this is a big problem, but I can not reproduce. Are you using a current build of Safari?

Tested on Safari Version 14.1 (16611.1.21.161.6). / Big Sur

edit : Also tested latest iOS release / Safari without issue.

@Russ

Just FYI I'm using Brave (version 1.24.84) on Win 10 and everything (including the PGN boards) works absolutely fine.

I've dusted off an old Mac Mini (2012?) and the latest Safari on that (13.1.2.) works just fine.

So, version 10 is just way too old to support. Sorry. 😬

It appears there are still some Windows XP users out there.

We will not be fixing support for Windows XP generation browsers, so if at all possible, do consider upgrading your PC. (Microsoft stopped supporting XP over 8 years ago.)

edit : Vista is also unsupported as all major browser manufacturers stopped releasing updates many years ago.
