If the mods haven't removed it, they must think it's OK. Enforcing the TOS isn't in their remit. Try sending feedback, identifying the pattern of behaviour of that particular poster with examples.

That is why I started this thread. I have not recieved any feedback about the issue at all. So I was wondering if we could get a public acknowledgement if personal insults and throwing insults at family members is acceptable behavior around here.

If this is not a tos violation it would be good of Russ to come in and state so publically.
